Features:

The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system designed for forming aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.

Additionally, a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is utilized, accompanied by a professional design of the corrugated pipe extrusion mould to enable large-scale stable extrusion.

This system boasts good modularity, with the aluminum forming module constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material containing a copper content of at least 5%. Through precision pressure casting, the material ensures high density and is free of light pores, resisting deformation even after long-term use. Furthermore, various module waveform schemes can be customized based on user requirements.

Completing the setup is an automatic DWC cutter with computerized control, ensuring precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly operation.
